HOTEL SHILLA, SEOUL, THE PARK VIEW LUNCH BUFFET 신라호텔 더 파크뷰

Last weekend, Saturday, I have lunch at the Hotel Shilla Seoul, Korea.

지난주 토요일에 서울에 있는 신라호텔에 점심식사를 하러 다녀왔습니다.

Hotel Shilla is the one of the Samsung group affiliate, Lee Boo-Jin, the eldest daughter of Samsung Chairman Lee Kun-Hee. She is president and chief executive of this hotel. Hotel Shilla is famous for good services and luxurious stay experience. And also, their restaurant, The Park View is wonderful place to have lunch or dinner with loving people.

There are 5 dining restaurants in this hotel, Palsun, Ariake, Continental, La Yeon, and The Parkview. The Parkview is for all-day dining, have stunning view of Mt. Namsan. I think this is the reason the name of this restaurant, but only some popular seats are Mountain view available, so reservation before 2 weeks ago at least.

My husband and I visited here for celebration my summer vacation started!

FOODS - Sea Food
I love this restaurant, basically, they are loyal to Korean food. Of course, they services various world style foods, but here is KOREA! You can taste neat culinary art with Korean style side dishes. You know, the professional foods artists never go off duty. Added, this restaurant is know for its seafood. Crab legs, salmon, fresh tuna is the best. One of my friends, who visited before here, she said the temperature of the crab legs are not give satisfaction to her, because another famous hotel restaurants serves them with warmed up. But this crabs are cold one. Both of them are nice, but it could be depends on my feeling, last weekend, I love this cold version crab legs.

They also famous for Chinese food, you should try dim sum! I cannot eat dim sum because of my allergic of shrimp, if you are not, you can enjoy them. My husband said that this dim sum is different, it was wonderful. Creamed Shrimp is really good, too.

Dessert Section
What kind of desserts do you like? Here, they are not serve many types of desserts, but cakes, macarons are really essential to marks the end of the dining. Lovely, delicious, sweets, deep and simple. Matcha cake, tiramisu, dacquoise was wonderful.

When you seat your table, they serve welcome drink, champagne and San Pellegrino bottle. After your lunch or dinner, you can order coffee or ice creams. My husband and me has great time here and we will visit again soon.
