2017 Ballet Gala in KOREA, Ballet STP Cooperative
There are cultural performance of Korea, 2017 Ballet Gala will be performed at 28th JULY, at Mapo Art Center, Art hall. I am studying dance, so I'm very interested in this cultural events like this. Korean Ballet performers are really brilliant, so you will have good experience to see cultural events.
Ballet STP Cooperative?
- In 2012, the heads of five ballet organizations were gather together and willing to work together. The Ballet STP co-op started as a cooperative, not only in dance but also as the first cooperative in this area so they received much attention. They started with the performance and the Gangdong Art Center, Korea, Small theater in 2012-13. As the first cooperative of culture and arts as well as the dancers in the name of the ballet STP cooperative. They has accomplished a great success, sharing with audiences and they became get attention from various activities such as symposium. As they hold the Suwon Ballet Festival in 2015, working to expand the base of ballet culture, and they are planning to lead the popularization of ballet through various ballet events.
What Ballet Company joined this Ballet STP?
- Universal Ballet, Seoul Ballet Theatre, LeeWonKook Ballet, Seo Dance Company, Wise Ballet Theater, OK-ryeon Kim Ballet.
There is time for interpreting ballet performances directly from Star Ballet Directors. They are star heads of ballet company who have led Korean Ballet. The program will be performed: Tchaikovsky's pas de deux, Baroque goes to the present, Don Quixote grand pas de deux, Swan lake highlight, No-in (a person who gave up lives as a human being).
How to make reservation with this Ballet Gala?
Gala Ticket seats: R (30,000 KRW), S (20,000 KRW).
