*HYATT* GRAND HYATT SEOUL, KOREA, PARIS GRILL CHAMPAGNE BRUNCH, REVIEW

Memories of Paris Grill, Grand Hyatt Seoul

Grand Hyatt hotel in Namsan, Seoul, has closed doors for Paris Grill, which has been operating for decades, and Japanese restaurant Akasaka. It might not easy to get rid of the old-fashioned restaurants, but Grand Hyatt did. Even though it was a French restaurant, a symbol of the hotel. Instead of Paris Grill, There are four restaurants are opened: a flower shop, sushi bar 'kauri', steak house 'steak house', and Japanese restaurant 'Tenkai' and 'tepan'. Today I recall the memories of Paris Grill.

BRUNCH TIME!

Table

I visited here at least 3 times every year, this picture was Oct, 2015. I visited with my husband on a nice autumn day. When I first visited Paris Grill, had a dinner with my friend from japan. And after that I often sat down here. In fact, the window seat is much more beautiful because of Grand Hyatt's garden, but it was usually reserved for more than four people, so when two people make a reservation, they are seated near this place.

SETTING

BREAD

RISOTTO, BAKED SALMON, BACON&MELON, ASPARAGUS, LAMB...

I miss this risotto, a chef said that he tried to make the risotto texture of real Italy.

MACAROON, MANGO FLAVOR DESSERT, CHEESE...

Champagne

MOËT&CHANDON.

Sunny day, and you are feeling relaxing now. Just add this champagne, all your worries disappear!

I LOVE IT! Crème brulee

GREENTEA ICE CREAM

GREENTEA AND TEAPOT

Conclusion

Paris Grill offers a brilliant Sunday brunch overall. On weekends, guests could have a nice brunch time here instead of breakfast, but it's a sad to close the door. Perhaps Grand Hyatt Seoul has targeted its 2030 customers by lowering its price range through opened four new restaurants. We miss the time to have a time with the Paris Grill chefs and cooks talk about the food, but maybe we will be able to meet them at a new restaurant. The next time I visit Grand Hyatt Seoul, I have to stop by the new restaurant.

IT'S ME :)

Good bye, Paris Grill!
