Marriage in South Korea!

In Korea, young couples need a lot of budget to get married, then, Accor hotels are offer a wonderful condition and services for wedding day. Ims and I decided to having a wedding party in IBIS Ambassador Suwon. It was not easy to choose on of the many places, IBIS Suwon is really close to our home and they have big wedding hall for 400 person so we choose here. For invited guests, I decided to try the chef's dining course and talk about if there are any improvements.

BREADS

The course menu will be served like below, Breads with butter, Salad, Soup, Salmon Salad, Steak, White Kimchi, Korean Banquet Noodle and Some Fruits. Some menus are not shown in the picture, Rice cakes, Soft drinks(Wine) and Sweet desserts are added to the menu.

Salads

Soup

The soup was a bit salty and it was good except to give feedback about it, and there are many vegetarians among my guests, I also asked for vegetarian special spaghetti and entree menu development. The chef definitely answered that he would handle this request. On the day of the wedding, all of the invited vegetarian friends could have a satisfying course dining.

Buffet? or Course Dining?

At Korean weddings, attendees prefer buffets rather than course dining. Especially older adults. But I wanted to care about each of the 400 invited people and ordered the course dinning, which was a pretty good choice. If you meet a competent hotel chef, this is all possible. In that respect, I am satisfied with the choice of Ibis Suwon that the usual buffet is delicious.
